Im working with a global leader in data science and AI who is expanding their senior consulting team and theyre looking for a Lead Consultant who can shape major AI transformation programs from the ground up. In this role, youll combine strategic advisory, handson delivery leadership, and growing commercial influence. Youll work directly with senior executives, help define the future direction of client organisations, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver tangible, highvalue outcomes. What Youll Be Doing Owning endtoend delivery of complex AI and digital transformation projects Partnering with Csuite stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable technical solutions Guiding the design, analysis, and implementation of AI initiatives Bringing clarity to ambiguous client challenges through rigorous problemsolving and strategic thinking Mentoring and supporting junior consultants as they grow Identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships What You Bring Consulting experience within AI, ideally Generative AI A strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their commercial impact Proven experience leading large, multiphase transformation programs Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and executive audiences The confidence to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively in dynamic teams Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science or similar Why This Opportunity Stands Out Youll join a team known for its depth of expertise, global footprint, and commitment to pushing whats possible with AI.
