Join to apply for the Head of Merchandise Planning role at LSKD Were looking for an experienced leader to drive our merchandise strategy from planning through to delivery, ensuring optimal sales, profitability, and community impact across all channels. Key Tasks And Responsibilities Lead the Merchandise Planning team to deliver performance, development and succession aligned to our mission and values Oversee the full merchandise planning cycle and OpentoBuy to achieve sales, margin and stockturn goals Build option counts and category budgets in partnership with the Merchandise team Manage inventory flow across ecommerce and retail to support an integrated merchandise and marketing calendar Maintain 95% instock availability on core lines, identifying risks early and acting fast Provide clear, actionable assortment and buyplan insights, including style counts, colour weighting, size curves and stockturn assumptions Develop and execute a profitable markdown strategy Conduct market, trend, community and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for growth Analyse sales performance and provide regular reporting, insights and recommendations Partner with Buying, Marketing, Operations and Finance to align planning with broader business strategy Lead, coach and develop a highperforming Planning team Manage merchandise budgets, forecasts and profitability targets Essential Skills And Exposure Proven success in merchandise planning leadership, ideally within retail apparel Strong analytical capability and strategic mindset Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Excellent communication, relationship building and influencing skills High proficiency with retail analytics tools and Microsoft Excel Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment Passion for functional fitness and our community Benefits And Perks Be part of Australias fastest growing activewear brand innovative ideas are celebrated A vibrant, fun and collaborative culture Epic team member discounts on our product and exclusive deals with local retailers and establishments EAP to support your wellbeing Personal development investment complimentary access to our LSKD book library via Audible, and dedicated workshops and seminars Location: HQ in Loganholme, Queensland (between Brisbane and the Gold Coast).
