Guru Brothers Food And Wine Merchant Pty Ltd Perth WA We are seeking an experienced and capable Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our well-established hospitality venue in Toodyay, WA 6566. The venue includes accommodation, a liquor store and a fully licensed restaurant. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands how a hotel truly runs and is comfortable taking responsibility for both staff and standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise all venue operations with a focus on consistent performance Overall management of hotel accommodation, restaurant, and liquor store operations Set, manage, and achieve agreed revenue targets across all business areas Understand, monitor, and manage financial performance, including revenue, costs, and margins Staff supervision, training, and performance management Ensuring compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations Maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation At least 5 years proven experience in a senior hospitality management role Sound leadership skills and the ability to lead by example Reliable, organised, and able to work independently Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings What We Offer $100,000+ salary based on experience On-site accommodation included Stable, long-term position in an established business Opportunity to take ownership of operations and make a real impact If you are an experienced manager who values consistency, accountability, and good hospitality, we would like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
