Our client is seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager to lead and grow their WA operations. With full support from head office in South Australia this role carries full responsibility for the day-to-day management, financial performance, and strategic growth of the WA business. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone with strong experience in running a business unit within the core sectors of construction, mining, civil and related industry , who is motivated by building teams, winning new business and delivering and sharing in profitable growth. Key Responsibilities Overall leadership and management across the WA operations Full Profit & Loss responsibility Drive business unit profitability, revenue growth and performance With support from head office develop and execute a growth strategy for the WA market Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across construction, mining and industrial sectors Lead, mentor and develop the WA recruitment and operations team Ensure compliance with labour hire regulations, safety and employment legislation Maintain strong operational processes to deliver high quality service to clients and candidates About You Proven experience in leadership and growth Demonstrated success growing a branch or business unit Excellent client relationship and business development skills Natural leader with the ability to build high-performing teams Strong understanding and firm commitment to safety within the construction, mining, civil and related industries What Is On Offer Senior leadership role with full autonomy over the WA business Above industry base salary negotiable based on experience + quarterly performance bonus + profit share + company vehicle Opportunity to build and scale the WA operation with full support from head office Established systems and procedures Support from an established recognised workforce management business Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
