Karan and Co Executive Search has been engaged on a confidential search by a major infrastructure contractor seeking a Project Director to lead the delivery of a nationally significant infrastructure program. This role represents a rare opportunity for an experienced project leader to lead a large scale infrastructure project within a complex delivery environment supporting Australias strategic infrastructure capability. The position will be based in Perth with periodic travel to site and will operate within a collaborative contracting framework working closely with key client stakeholders and delivery partners. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership for the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project Lead project planning, delivery strategy and commercial management Manage relationships with key stakeholders and delivery partners Oversee multidisciplinary project teams including engineering, construction and commercial functions Manage project performance across safety, quality, program and financial outcomes We are interested in speaking with senior project leaders who have experience delivering large scale civil infrastructure projects. Candidates will typically bring experience as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager delivering projects exceeding $300 million in value. Experience across aviation infrastructure, transport infrastructure, major civil works or defence related infrastructure will be highly regarded.
