With a strong national footprint and continued investment in operations, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth, including a move into a larger warehouse facility in South Australia. This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious operations leader ready to step up into a broader leadership role within a large national business. The Role Reporting to the State Manager, you will take full operational and commercial responsibility for the distribution centre, including P&L accountability. The site operates across AM and PM shifts, supported by dedicated Shift Managers, and includes an internal fleet of trucks and drivers servicing a portfolio of well-known Australian brands. The operation is highly sophisticated from a systems and technology perspective, while still relying on proven traditional operational practices. You will be supported by a strong local leadership team along with excellent head office support across Finance, HR, and OH&S. The Candidate We are seeking a driven and capable operator who brings: Experience leading a team within a warehouse or distribution operation Strong knowledge across multi-shift teams Confidence with systems, data, and operational technology Exposure to transport operations or fleet management (highly regarded) Forklift licence preferred The Opportunity This is a rare chance to join a large, nationally recognised organisation where strong leadership is rewarded and career pathways are real.
