Videri Australia is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Head of Property to lead the strategic and operational management of our property portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring our homes are safe, wellmaintained, and futureready while supporting teams in delivering exceptional care without disruption. The Head of Property oversees all aspects of property strategy, facilities management, asset planning, and construction delivery across Videris estate. This includes leading residential development projects from concept to completion, ensuring all properties meet compliance, safety and sustainability standards, and driving continuous improvement across the function. You will shape the future of Videris built environment by combining operational excellence with strategic thinking ensuring every home is safe, highquality, and enabling for the people we support. Key Responsibilities Property & Project Delivery Strategic Asset & Capital Planning About You You will be a confident, collaborative leader with strong expertise in construction and property. You bring a blend of strategic insight and handson project delivery capability, along with a commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement. You will bring Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Facilities Management or similar. 10+ years experience in property management, construction, or capital works leadership roles. Residential construction experience (highly advantageous). Strong understanding of building codes, compliance and sustainability standards. Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage budgets, and engage effectively with contractors. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problemsolving skills.
