Youll lead the day-to-day operations across accommodation, food and beverage, activities/tours, maintenance and guest services while ensuring the resort delivers on both quality and commercial outcomes. This is a handson leadership role youll be visible, present, and setting the tone across the entire property. About you Youre a confident operator with strong people leadership skills, a calm head under pressure, and the ability to balance the big picture with day-to-day execution. Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in hotels, resorts, or tourism operations Minimum 3-5 years of General Manager experience in hospitality operations Strong operational understanding across accommodation, F&B & Activities Full property P&L management experience including budgets, forecasting and labour control A practical, handson leadership style that earns respect quickly Experience in regional or remote operations (highly regarded) A genuine passion for hospitality, tourism and team culture If youre ready for a job like no other, APPLY NOW!
