Overview Partner & Owner - MW Recruitment | Public Practice & Commercial Opportunity for Business Services Manager to work with large complex tax clients in a small firm environment with big firm progression. Base pay range : A$120,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr. This range is provided by MW Recruitment. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities With support from Partners, be responsible for a portfolio of fees. Provide clients with expert strategic advice, innovative solutions and excellent service. Review compliance documents, including Income Tax Returns and Financial Statements for all types of entities. Engage in tax planning, transactions, succession and some International Tax. Oversee and review work completed by junior staff, developing their skills and providing support. About You The firm is seeking an individual who possesses the following qualities: Demonstrated experience in a Public Practice Accounting firm, including 1-3 years in a managerial position. Strong leadership skills, confident and able to delegate work effectively and provide helpful feedback. Proactive nature, deadline-focused and target driven.
