Icon Cancer Hollywood is an advanced Molecular Imaging and Theranostics Centre offering diagnostic PET, CT, and Nuclear Medicine imaging services, as well as Theranostic radionuclide cancer treatments. This Centre will be WAs most advanced facility of its kind and you will have the opportunity to be the first contact for patients and referring physicians. If you have solid reception and administration skills, even without medical experience, well provide all the training you need to feel confident and succeed. Your Role in Cancer Care includes: Greeting patients and visitors with empathy and professionalism Coordinating specialist appointments, imaging, and treatment schedules Managing reception duties, patient bookings, and medical records Handling correspondence, billing, and documentation Liaising with hospitals, referrers, and allied health providers Supporting consultants with scheduling and administrative tasks What You Bring Were looking for people who are naturally organised, great with others, and ready to make a difference. You might have worked in a medical centre, or perhaps in a customerfacing admin role - either way, if youve got strong reception and administration skills, wed love to hear from you. Our ideal candidate will be: Experienced in medical administration, secretarial support, or reception (medical preferred but not essential) A confident communicator with a friendly and proactive approach Detailoriented and highly organised Comfortable with medical terminology and systems, or keen to learn Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Teams) Team Culture and Environment Youll be joining a closeknit team that values collaboration, kindness, and continuous learning.
