The Opportunity As CEO, you will: Lead the execution and delivery of GPSA''s refreshed organisational strategy: Work in close partnership with the Board to drive a clear, futurefocused direction that strengthens supervisor support, advocacy, and the overall sustainability of general practice training. Serve as GPSA''s national voice and public champion: Represent and elevate the role of GP supervisors across key policy, workforce, education and stakeholder forums. Strengthen partnerships with government, GP colleges, medical schools, training organisations, and sector leaders.
