The Opportunity As General Manager, youll take ownership of operations, revenue, team leadership, and delivery standards. This is a handson leadership role where youll balance strategic planning with daytoday executionensuring the business runs smoothly while scaling sustainably. Youll work closely with Managing Director to deliver our commercial goals and build a highperforming culture aligned to Unite Resourcings values. Key Responsibilities Lead the business strategy and execute growth plans across clients, sectors, and service lines Drive revenue, gross margin, and profitability, with strong forecasting and reporting Build and lead a highperforming team across recruitment, account management, and operations Strengthen key client relationships and personally lead major opportunities and negotiations Improve systems, processes, and performance rhythms (KPIs, coaching, reviews, incentives) Ensure bestpractice compliance across employment, WHS, and candidate care standards Oversee operational delivery: service quality, response times, fill rates, and retention Champion culture: accountability, collaboration, professional development, and wellbeing About You Youre a commercially minded leader who knows how to grow service businesses and bring people with you. Youre confident setting direction, coaching leaders, and improving performance without compromising on integrity.
