What youll do Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Franchise Network Development to lead the expansion of our retail and pharmacy network across the Wesfarmers Health group. In this role you will spearhead the national network strategy, identify and onboard new franchise partners, and enhance the performance and sustainability of our existing network. Develop and execute a comprehensive network strategy using data, GIS tools, and market insights. Lead franchise recruitment and build strong, enduring relationships with pharmacy owners and industry stakeholders. Oversee renewals, negotiations, and onboarding of franchise partners. Drive innovation by staying ahead of retail and franchising trends. Collaborate crossfunctionally to deliver the national network plan. Coach and develop a highperforming, collaborative team culture aligned with Wesfarmers Health values. What youll bring Broad knowledge and solid relationships with pharmacy and allied industry professionals, including finance and banking sectors. A proven ability to broker complex negotiations and deliver strong commercial outcomes. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to coach, develop, and hold team members to account. Excellent engagement, collaboration, and negotiation skills with CSuite internally and external stakeholders. Highly strategic with advanced commercial acumen and financial understanding. Ability to influence others through excellent verbal and written communication. Why us?
