Manager to Director, Social Infrastructure Advisory Infrastructure shapes communities for generations - the right strategic foundations ensure it fulfils that promise. That is where we operate. We are an independent infrastructure consultancy working with governments, investors and institutions on complex capital environments - the focus of our advisory practice is upstream: shaping strategy, commercial architecture and long-term asset performance before pathways are fixed and expectations crystallise. As we continue to expand our advisory practice, we are seeking experienced advisors to join our Melbourne-based team (with national exposure) at Manager, Associate Director and Director level. Your opportunity This is a role for individuals who want to influence how major investments are framed, positioned and structured, and people who are motivated by the long-term social benefits of those decisions. define defensible investment rationales and business cases design commercial and capital frameworks that withstand scrutiny establish governance settings that enable sound, durable decision-making position complex investments with confidence and credibility We want you to contribute to high-impact advisory engagements across major infrastructure and precinct environments where policy ambition, fiscal discipline and long-term stewardship align. At Associate Director and Director level, you will lead client engagements, deepen relationships and contribute meaningfully to the growth and evolution of the practice. You will play a role in shaping projects and the standard of advisory thinking applied to them. About you You have experience shaping major capital or social infrastructure in early planning, investment or commercial advisory environments. You are comfortable navigating complexity, competing priorities, and can create structure from unformed problems and communicate clearly under scrutiny, bringing experience in investment strategy, business case development or commercial advisory, along with analytical capability and highly developed written communication skills. For more senior roles, a demonstrated ability to originate opportunities, build trusted client relationships and elevate team performance will be important. We are building an advisory practice that combines commercial rigour with long-term infrastructure stewardship and are deliberate about the environment we build for our people. You will have direct access to senior leaders, meaningful responsibility from the outset and the autonomy to operate with judgement.
