As we continue to expand our advisory practice, we are seeking experienced advisors to join our Melbourne-based team (with national exposure) at Manager, Associate Director and Director level. At Associate Director and Director level, you will lead client engagements, deepen relationships and contribute meaningfully to the growth and evolution of the practice. You will play a role in shaping projects and the standard of advisory thinking applied to them. About you You have experience shaping major capital or social infrastructure in early planning, investment or commercial advisory environments. You are comfortable navigating complexity, competing priorities, and can create structure from unformed problems and communicate clearly under scrutiny, bringing experience in investment strategy, business case development or commercial advisory, along with analytical capability and highly developed written communication skills. For more senior roles, a demonstrated ability to originate opportunities, build trusted client relationships and elevate team performance will be important. We are building an advisory practice that combines commercial rigour with long-term infrastructure stewardship and are deliberate about the environment we build for our people.
