This role collaborates with national and regional P&C teams to deliver effective P&C services to Calvary. Reporting to the P&C Manager, responsibilities include managing grievances and disciplinary processes, conducting investigations, and preparing briefs and recommendations. The candidate will innovate strategies, policies, procedures, and systems to empower managers and employees, influence service delivery, and assist regional leaders in performance management, recruitment, selection, and employee development. About You Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role within a large organisation. Understanding of employment legislation, enterprise agreements, policies and procedures and experience applying them. Analytical skills to lead and undertake workplace investigations and disciplinary processes. Excellent communication skills, building and maintaining trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
