About the Role As General Manager, youll oversee all daytoday operations across finance, production, sales, marketing, and customer experience. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fastmoving, handson environment and can balance strategic thinking with practical execution. Youll work closely with the owners to set direction, implement systems, and ensure every caravan that leaves our factory reflects our commitment to quality, performance, and adventure. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all operational areas: production, sales, service, and administration. Develop and execute business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and brand strength. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are consistently met. Build and mentor a highperforming team culture built on accountability and pride. Implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and scalability. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting. Represent the Boss Adventure brand with professionalism and passion. About You Youre a confident, capable leader with a strong operational and commercial background. You know how to get the best out of people, systems, and resources and you take pride in leading by example. Youll bring Proven leadership experience at a senior management level (manufacturing, automotive, caravan or related industries ideal). Strong business and financial acumen. Excellent communication, organisational, and problemsolving skills. The ability to drive results while maintaining team morale and culture. A passion for quality, innovation, and the great outdoors.
