We''re currently seeking an experienced and motivated Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Centre Manager to lead our team at Plenty Valley Christian College located in Doreen. About the Role As a Centre Manager, you''ll lead the daily operations of your OSHC service, support a team of passionate Educators, create meaningful programs, build strong community relationships and ensure quality care before school, after school, and during holidays. Youll work across split shifts Monday to Friday, totalling 38 hours per week including admin time (please see operating hours below): Before School Care 6:45am to 9:15am After School Care 3:30pm to 6:30pm Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of an OSHC service. Plan and deliver engaging, ageappropriate programs. Build positive relationships with families, schools and the wider community. Ensure compliance with NQF, regulatory requirements and internal policies. Manage enrolments, staffing rosters, budgets and service administration. About You Youre a confident and capable leader with a genuine passion for working with children and supporting your team. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring energy, professionalism and care to everything you do. Diploma or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a ACECQAapproved related field. Minimum 1 year experience as an OSHC Centre Manager or similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and OSHC regulations. A valid VIC Working With Children Check. A National Criminal History Clearance Certificate valid within the past 6 months. Mandatory StateBased Child Protection Training & Mandatory National Child Safety Training Certificates. First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate. Food Safety Supervisor Certificate. Valid Work Rights to work in Australia. What We Offer Aboveaward pay + super.
