About the Role We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support the organisation''s strategic and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities Provide financial management advice and analysis to the Executive team, ensuring compliance with all financial, statutory, regulatory and corporate governance requirements, and relevant Board policies and procedures. Provide advice on longterm business and financial planning to support organisational strategy and sustainability. Undertake detailed analysis of the financial performance of each service line and program to identify key financial performance drivers influencing monthly and annual results, assess program sustainability, and identify risks and opportunities. Provide financial leadership, including cost and revenue optimisation, investment and cashflow management, accounting and payroll oversight, tax matters, contract and commercial management, and enterprise risk management. Lead collaborative financial planning and forecasting processes with the Executive team to ensure financial and operational alignment with the organisations strategic objectives. Develop, manage and oversee the organisational budget, ensuring a realistic and integrated view of financial and workforce requirements to achieve agreed outcomes and longterm financial sustainability. Drive continuous cost optimisation and financial efficiency initiatives across the organisation. Establish, review and monitor key financial performance indicators, metrics and reporting frameworks to support informed decisionmaking. Provide leadership and management of the Finance team, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, capability development and fostering a highperformance culture. Job Description About You You are a proactive and detaildriven Finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering accurate, timely financial insights. Confident with financial systems and reporting, you thrive in a fastpaced environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of integrity and accountability. You enjoy partnering with stakeholders, improving processes, and contributing to a strong, performancefocused culture. You will bring: Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business, with demonstrated leadership experience in a finance management role. CPA or CA qualification (mandatory). Substantial financial management experience, including taxation, statutory and regulatory compliance, financial reporting, governance, and legal or regulatory matters. Demonstrated experience providing highlevel financial advice and support to Executive teams and Boards, preferably within a forpurpose/notforprofit or complex service delivery environment. Proven ability to establish, manage and sustain effective stakeholder relationships, with strong influencing and partnering capability with senior internal and external stakeholders. Highly developed leadership and people management skills, with demonstrated experience leading teams, managing performance, and building organisational capability.
