Regional Manager NDIS, Community & Healthcare Services Lead the Future of Community Care MRM Care Consultant is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead and oversee our services across Perth, Western Australia. Perth, Western Australia MRM Care Consultant Full Time Senior Leadership Role The Opportunity As Regional Manager, you will lead the delivery, quality, and compliance of services across the Perth region. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure services meet NDIS Practice Standards, healthcare regulations and organisational quality frameworks. This role combines operational leadership, workforce management, compliance oversight, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in shaping service quality, team culture and regional growth. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead and support service managers, team leaders, nurses and support workers Drive a positive, high-performing team culture Manage recruitment, onboarding and staff performance Support workforce development and leadership growth Operational Management Oversee daily operations across NDIS, in-home care and mental health services Monitor service delivery outcomes and operational KPIs Ensure efficient service coordination and workforce planning Identify opportunities for service improvement and growth Compliance & Governance Ensure services comply with NDIS Practice Standards and healthcare regulations Manage incident reporting, safeguarding and risk management systems Maintain governance frameworks and organisational policies Prepare services for audits and accreditation processes Client & Service Management Ensure high-quality person-centred support for participants Oversee assessments, care planning and service coordination Manage complex client needs and service issues Stakeholder Engagement Build relationships with families, carers and community organisations Liaise with government agencies, healthcare providers and sector partners Represent MRM Care Consultant in community and industry forums Quality Improvement Lead internal audits and quality reviews Drive continuous improvement across services Ensure accurate documentation and reporting systems About You We are looking for a strong operational leader with a deep understanding of the NDIS and community healthcare sector.
