These roles provide exposure to high-quality commercial work, strategic advisory matters, and a collaborative team environment. The Role You will work with a high-calibre team advising mid-market businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and accountants across a broad range of commercial matters, including: Business structuring and restructuring Commercial transactions, including mid-market mergers and acquisitions (up to ~$50M) Capital restructuring and tax advisory (transaction tax, CGT, Division 7A, trust matters) Shareholder, joint venture, and asset protection arrangements Business succession planning and strategic commercial advice Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts Property transactions and exposure to complex matters via Insolvency, Reconstruction, and Turnaround teams About You 5+ years post-admission experience in commercial, transactions, tax, or property law Strong drafting skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage your own matters with director oversight Experience working with SME clients, accountants, and advisers Commercially minded with genuine interest in business and tax law Proactive, solutions-focused, client-oriented approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why These Opportunities?
