Base pay rangeA$150,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yrA global leader in the online trading space is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to drive digital acquisition and full funnel growth across Australia and New Zealand.This is a strategic and hands on role, ideal for someone who excels in data led performance marketing and thrives in a fast paced environment.About the Role:You will own key digital channels including SEM, SEO, Social, Programmatic, and Affiliates, managing significant budgets and delivering measurable performance improvements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will shape growth strategies, optimise channel efficiency, and lead critical initiatives across tracking, audience management, and creative optimisation.Why This Role?Opportunity to drive regional growth in a global businessHighly impactful position with ownership across performance channelsCollaborative environment with global exposureOnsite role (5-days in office) but with flexibility for work-life balanceKey ResponsibilitiesLead SEM, SEO, Social, Programmatic, Affiliate and other digital channels to drive acquisition and brand growth.Develop performance strategies and continuous optimisation plans to reduce CPA and improve channel ROI.Manage large monthly budgets and allocate spend for maximum efficiency.Oversee SEO strategy in collaboration with agency partners, including keyword research and onsite optimisation.Align content and SEO strategies across the growth team.Manage and develop a digital performance team.Build a structured testandlearn roadmap across audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages.Manage affiliate partnerships to maximise quality and performance.Partner with MarTech and analytics teams to ensure strong tracking, tagging, and data infrastructure.Collaborate with Brand and Design to ensure high performing creative and landing page experiences.Share insights across marketing teams and keep the business informed on digital landscape changes.Work closely with global teams to align frameworks, share learnings, and scale solutions.Support strategic initiatives and contribute to annual and monthly performance planning.Skills and Experience6+ years'' experience in digital or performance marketing across PPC, Social, Programmatic, and Affiliates.Strong SEO understanding; handson SEO experience highly regarded.Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, gaming, SaaS, or similarly dynamic sectors is advantageous.Strong handson experience with the Google Stack (SA360, DV360, GA) and familiarity with DSPs.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.Experience working with crossfunctional teams in fastpaced or matrixed environments.Understanding of MarTech tracking, tagging, and audience segmentation.Interest in financial markets, fintech, or online investing products.Nice to HaveExperience with The Trade Desk or similar DSPsBackground in trading, financial services, or B2C SaaSExperience in podbased or matrixed team structuresSeniority levelMidSenior levelEmployment typeFulltimeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
