In this position, you''ll lead field operations from both a planning and execution perspective, championing a strong Safety, Quality and Environmental culture across all activities.Partnering with the project teams, you''ll oversee the Construction Supervisors and all field based activities, ensuring highquality outcomes through effective resource planning, strategic decision making and a strong focus on performance. A major part of your role will be managing and maintaining a reliable supply chain of materials, plant, specialist services and subcontractors, building strong, sustainable relationships that support seamless project delivery.You''ll ensure project requirements are clearly understood, resourced appropriately and delivered efficiently. You will also play a critical role in workforce leadership by maintaining robust resource plans, coordinating field rosters and ensuring all team members are suitably trained and competent to meet program needs.Reporting to the Program Director, this role is central to supporting broader program priorities and aligning operational outcomes with the strategic direction of the business.
