You will design, implement, and manage the secure and resilient network infrastructure across the Northern Territory, ensuring highperformance communication pathways that support missioncritical IT and operational systems.About the CompanyDavidson Technology works with a large Federal Government Agency to secure digital services, managing physical, virtual, networking, and cloud infrastructure.About the RoleDesign, implement, and manage the organisation''s secure and resilient network infrastructure across the Northern Territory.Configure routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and related network technologies.Align network architecture and security controls with organisational guidance and best practices.Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, implement security remediation and uplift activities, and proactively monitor network performance.Develop comprehensive architectural and asbuilt documentation.Work collaboratively with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to support organisational safety, environmental, and quality standards.About YouBaselinecleared professional with extensive experience implementing and managing complex WAN/LAN environments (MPLS, VPLS, SDWAN, VRFs, VLANs, VPNs) and core network protocols (BGP, OSPF, ARP, DNS, DHCP).Highly skilled in deploying and maintaining advanced security solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, network segmentation) with strong monitoring, reporting, and secure operations capabilities.Proficient with Cisco technologies (FTD, routers, switches, ISE, DNAC) and industryrecognised certifications (CCIE, CCNP, CCNA).Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a high level of technical writing proficiency.Experience in security architecture reviews, operational technology environments (SCADA, DCS, PLC), and comprehensive network security risk assessments.Benefits12month contract based in Darwin requiring a current baseline security clearance.
