You will work closely with the WIL Team Leader to leverage opportunities internally and externally and assist with administration, matching students to placements and ensuring that students meet the requirements for preplacement/WIL experience and contribute to enhancing positive graduate outcomes.You will be required to provide timely advice to various stakeholders and students to support WIL supervision and exercise sound judgement when dealing with sensitive or urgent issues relating to student placements.ResponsibilitiesLiaising with placement providers and undertaking any administration required for placements, including the preparation of contracts, and maintaining quality student data.Processing and maintaining accurate data of student placements experience and supporting academic placement coordinators.Maintaining data records in relevant systems and preparing reports and correspondence as requested.Assisting with the organisation and sharing of WIL information via online and in-person methods to students, industry and academics.About YouThe key to your success will be your well-developed organisation skills as you demonstrate your ability to prioritise operational situations and meet urgent deadlines.
