As a Learning Experience Designer, you''ll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape of our platform. Join us as we embark on a journey to empower individuals to unlock their full potential through transformative learning experiences!What You''ll DoCreate clear, accurate technical content including help center articles, product documentation, and structured training materials that help customers unlock the magic of ROLLER.Design intuitive inapp guidance: Walkthroughs, tooltips, and onboarding flows that help users learn directly within the ROLLER platform.Develop scalable product training programs that simplify complex workflows and drive adoption of new and existing features.Collaborate with SMEs (primarily from within GTM and Tech) to ensure all learning materials are technically sound, consistent, and up to date.Work crossfunctionally within software development teams (squads) to support product launches and releases with enablement plans that drive product adoption.Identify knowledge gaps using data and feedback, and deliver targeted learning solutions that improve user understanding and reduce support friction.About YouYou bring experience in technical writing, product training, instructional design, ROLLER expertise or softwarefocused learning creation.You have a proven ability to convert complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly explanations and engaging experiences.You''ve created online courses, knowledge base articles, product walkthroughs, or inapp guidance flows that help users learn independently.You are a natural relationship builder and able to team up with SMEs and other departments to create learning experiences that resonate with our audience.We are after someone who can transform complex technical concepts into digestible delights and captivate audiences with their words.Use your data analysis skills to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives and guide our next steps.Nice to HaveExperience working with software development teams or in SaaS environments.Industry, subject matter or ROLLER platform expertise (eg. family entertainment centers, venue management and POS software, ROLLER software).Familiar with topicbased authoring and inapp guidance.Experience with tools like Zendesk, Madcap Flare, Gainsight, or Camtasia.Bring your creative skills whether that''s designing graphics or producing videos.You''ll get to work on a categoryleading product that customers love in a fun, highgrowth industry!
