Gaming Manager | Lasseters Hotel Casino, Alice Springs, NTEmployer: IRIS Capital Lasseters Hotel Casino Operations Pty LtdPosition Type: Full-TimeSalary: depending on experience and skill setLocation: Alice Springs, NTLasseters Hotel Casino, the centre of entertainment in Alice Springs, is seeking an experienced Gaming Manager to lead and oversee all gaming operations across the property.Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this senior leadership role is responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, and regulatory compliance of our Electronic Gaming, Table Games, TAB, Keno, and VIP/Loyalty operations.We are looking for a confident and visible leader who thrives in a dynamic casino environment and can drive performance while maintaining the highest standards of responsible gambling, guest experience, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage operational and strategic performance across EG, Table Games, TAB, Keno and Loyalty/VIPEnsure compliance with gaming legislation, licence conditions, internal controls and responsible gambling obligationsDrive guest experience standards and maintain a strong, visible leadership presence on the gaming floorOversee Gaming leadership teams, including staffing, rostering, training and performanceManage operational risk, incident response, investigations, and reportingDeliver financial and commercial outcomes, including budgeting, wage control and performance reportingCollaborate with Security, Surveillance, Finance, Marketing, Hotel and F&B departmentsLead continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and cultureWhat Were Looking ForExtensive experience in casino or gaming leadership (EG / Table Games / TAB / Keno)Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and responsible gambling obligationsProven people leadership and operational management capabilityStrong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and performance metricsHighly professional, calm and decisive leadership styleFriendly and approachable, engaging with staff and members and a familiar face on the gaming floorExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work flexibly across a 24/7 operation when requiredWe OfferSupportive and professional leadership environmentStaff discounts across Lasseters operationsIHG Employee Benefits ProgramTraining and development opportunitiesApply NowIf you are a proven Gaming leader ready to take the next step into an executive role at Lasseters, we would like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
