The Role You will support your local community by joining the welcoming, community-focused team at Beaconsfield District Hospital. We are seeking an organised, friendly and proactive Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality frontline and administrative support that helps us deliver essential health services to the West Tamar community. You will provide frontline reception services and a wide range of administrative, clerical and coordination support to staff and community partners. You will need Provide professional reception, customer service and administrative support to the service, including the DON, NUM, staff and clients. Maintain accurate records, scheduling and office systems to ensure smooth daily operations across the health service. Assist clinical teams with timely administrative tasks, documentation and coordination to support quality service delivery.
