You will be based in the above region but may be required to work in other locations subject to operational requirements. Position Details Ships Master $120,000.00 or greater, subject to negotiation Ships Engineer (Fishing) $72,000 to $82,000 Master Fisher $75,000 to $82,000 Ships Officer $72,000 to $82,000 Deck & Fishing Hands annual salary $68,800 to in excess of $78,000 All the above occupations are plus government regulated superannuation guarantee. Seafood Processor Full Time We are also seeking highly experienced seafood process workers to work in our processing area. Both fulltime and seasonal vacancies are available. Applicants should ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience as a seafood processor with verifiable references. Assist in unloading fresh seafood product from vessels Move various seafood products to chillers, freezers and live tanks Sorting, dressing and filleting fish with a proven ability to maintain a high recovery rate Sorting, cleaning and retrieving meat from shellfish and crustaceans Loading seafood products into trucks Packing boned and filleted seafood into cartons Inspecting and grading fish and shellfish for size and quality Packing fish and counting packs before freezing, and packing frozen fish blocks into cartons Operating machines that slice, peel, skin, crumb and package seafood product Cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas Ensuring that all workplace safety regulations are complied with Wages for Seafood Processors annual salary between $68,800 and in excess of $78,000 per year plus superannuation guarantee for highly experienced industry workers.
