Our team represents clients who have been injured through motor vehicle accidents, workplace incidents and other negligence claims. As our firm continues to grow, we are looking for a Paralegal / Litigation Assistant to join our team in our Mildura Office and work closely with our lawyers across a range of personal injury matters. Working closely with our legal team, this role will involve assisting with the day-to-day management of litigation files and supporting the progression of personal injury claims. Responsibilities may include: Assisting lawyers with the management of personal injury files Drafting correspondence and legal documents Liaising with clients and stakeholders Preparing briefs and court documents File management and legal administration Scheduling appointments and managing deadlines General litigation support You will receive handson experience and mentoring from experienced personal injury lawyers within a supportive team environment. About you We are looking for someone who is organised, motivated and genuinely interested in building a career in the legal industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment A professional, compassionate and clientfocused approach A positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous experience working in a law firm or legal environment will be highly regarded.
