Key Responsibilities Mobilisation recruiting, onboarding, and mobilising personnel for shutdown work across various client sites. This includes coordinating training, compliance, site access requirements, and travel arrangements. Site Supervisor attending shutdowns to support our site service crews and ensure that site compliances are met to a high standard. Mobilisation Coordination: Manage mobilisation logistics including flights, accommodation and contracts. Maintain labour lists and site entry documentation across multiple shutdowns. Reception & Office Support: Manage front desk duties, answer calls, and handle administrative tasks including site paperwork and filing. Recruitment Support: Assist with ad hoc recruitment tasks, such as candidate coordination and documentation. Site Gear Preparation: Ensure equipment and materials are prepared and available for upcoming projects. Site Supervisor: Attend shutdowns to monitor safety and communicate with all parties as required, ensuring all relevant incident reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner. To train, motivate and mentor members of your team. Orientation Coordination: Organise and facilitate new employee orientation sessions. Vehicle Management: Oversee cleaning, upkeep, and scheduling of company vehicle maintenance. About You Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Must hold a current Australian Drivers Licence. Previous experience in administration, recruitment, or site support (preferred but not essential).
