Today the Museum is one of the most visited museums in Australia and holds collections of national and international significance.n Role Highlightsn n Deliver frontline visitor experiences in a vibrant cultural precinct museum rolen Engage diverse audiences and share the Museums stories and collectionsn Support memorable museum visits through friendly servicen n As a first point of contact within the Museum, VEOs provide accurate information and assistance in person, online, and through digital platforms. They support a visitor journey by facilitating enquiries, ticketing and point of sale transactions, hosting programs, greeting and gallery invigilation.
