The Northeast Auto Group has two well sought after opportunities to join our Group ICT team as an ICT Support Officer located at our iconic site location at Burton, South Australia. Servicing the Group nationwide, with 600 employees, you can expect variety and diversity in these roles. About The Roles Our ICT Support Officers are the first point of contact for our internal clients. Youll be proactively problemsolving any ICT issues that come your way or escalating them as appropriate. Youll provide highquality, efficient support via telephone, emails, in person, and our ticketing system, and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests. Key Responsibilities Delivering robust technical ICT support across the organization Swiftly responding to ICT issues and requests with efficiency Diagnosing and resolving ICT issues and outages promptly Creating and maintaining comprehensive ICT systems documentation Managing and maintaining ICT assets effectively Contributing to the upgrading and implementation of ICT systems End User Device setup and configuration Onboarding and offboarding staff to our Technology Systems Playing a pivotal role in the execution of the ICT Strategy Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures About You Our ICT team is committed to developing, retaining, and promoting diverse talent. The Successful Candidates We Are Looking For A minimum of 2 years'' experience in a corporate ICT Support or Helpdesk role Hold qualifications in Information Technology or a related field Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Windows, Office, and the Microsoft 365 product suite Display a strong understanding of computer hardware, including mobile devices Familiarity with networking protocols and configurations such as LAN/WAN, DNS, and DHCP Proven experience and comprehension of Cyber Security principles A track record of troubleshooting and resolving ICT issues effectively Ability to adapt and learn new ICT systems and technologies Excellent communication and time management skillsCapable of working both independently and collaboratively as a team member Possess a valid driver''s license Ability to travel intrastate and interstate About Us Established in 1978, the Northeast Auto Group is a national awardwinning automotive retail and service organisation employing 600 people in South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and Northern Territory.
