You must be available to work at least three weekdays per week during daytime hours.You will travel between clients homes, providing personalised support tailored to individual needs. This is meaningful work where you can see the difference you make every day.Role typeHome Care WorkerHome Care Workers provide personal care and domestic assistance to support clients with daily living needs. Duties vary depending on client requirements and individual care plans.What you will be doingSupporting clients with personal care, where applicableProviding domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, and tidyingRespecting and incorporating each clients cultural, spiritual, and individual needsMonitoring client wellbeing and escalating concerns appropriatelyWorking as part of a multidisciplinary teamBuilding respectful, professional relationships with clients and their familiesAbout youYou are compassionate, reliable, and genuinely motivated to make a difference in peoples lives.
