About The Role We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our fast-growing team in VIC. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities to help them continue to live safely and independently at home. This role involves supporting a client with their day-to-day needs across several regular shifts during the week. This role requires approximately 8 hours per week on the following schedule: Monday: 10:00 AM 12:00 PM Wednesday & Friday: 1:00 PM 3:00 PM We offer travel reimbursement, company-provided PPE, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive and growing care team. Your Responsibilities Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping Offer social support and respite care Transport clients to appointments Maintain accurate care records Your Background The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
