Vestas Wind are looking for an experienced Head of Technical Sales and Project Management to join our collaborative FE&T team in Melbourne. This is an exciting newly created position adding great value to the ANZ business with reach across all departments, ensuring a formidable technical package and cohesive message to our clients across the region. Frontend Engineering & Technology (FE&T) Asia Pacific (APAC) represents Vestas Technology in Asia Pacific (APAC), where we operate across the spectrum of Sustainable Energy Solutions with Onshore and Offshore wind at the core. In FE&T APAC, we are responsible for technical requirements management, technical scoping and contracting, technical value engineering, technical risk management, technical execution throughout the life cycle of a project, from Development to Sales to Customer Project Execution to Service. The ANZ Technical Sales & Project Management team works on some of the renewable energy industry''s most exciting technical value propositions and contracts, providing the link between our projects in Sales and Execution phase, with our customers and stakeholders in the Regional Business Unit and with our global Research & Development teams. We are now looking for a leader for this team, comprised of Technical Bid Managers operating in the Sales / Transactional Sales project phase and Technical Project Managers operating in the Project Execution phase.
