Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in logistics, transport, or warehouse management. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in invoice processing, validation, and basic accounting principles. Familiarity with IDOC error message management and SAP knowledge is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional interaction with stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with financial software or ERP systems.
