The Opportunity You will lead a national field sales organisation including three Regional Sales Managers and specialist RM (Direct reports) and 10 Territory Managers (Indirect) with responsibility for delivering revenue and margin growth while strengthening customer and channel partner relationships across the agritech and farming sector. Reporting to the Commercial General Manager ANZ and working in close collaboration with the National Key Accounts Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the commercial growth strategy and success of the Australian market while ensuring strong execution in the field. To succeed in the role, youll focus strongly on developing leadership capability, embedding clear sales disciplines and lifting team performance while continuing to build a culture of accountability, ownership and results. Key responsibilities Be a key contributing member and collaborator in the Australian leadership team Lead, coach and develop Regional Sales Managers while embedding strong sales discipline across the national team Execute the Australian sales strategy to deliver revenue, margin and market share growth Drive a highperformance sales culture, strengthening accountability, capability and results across the team Lead and embed sales performance disciplines including CRM utilisation, pipeline management and call cycle planning Drive initiatives that lift sales effectiveness and team capability, whilst delivering customer excellence Work closely with the National Key Accounts Manager to support strategic customer relationships and key accounts Build strong relationships with retail partners, major farming customers and industry influencers Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management and pricing strategy & support the Commercial GM with global reporting requirements Partner with marketing and product teams to align campaigns and new product launches with market opportunities Actively participate in various regional events, trade shows and yearly national sales conferences About you Commercially astute, with a track record of leading teams to deliver revenue growth and outstanding customer outcomes A sales leader who builds trust and credibility quickly, you are someone that connects & genuinely influences people at all levels to drive commercial outcomes Proven experience leading regional or national field sales teams of a similar size Industry experience in the agritech, dairy farming or related sector is ideal, as would be exposure selling through reseller channels Strategic and analytical, yet equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working alongside the team Proven track record of driving high performance and improving results through people Experience leading change or transformation within a sales environment Experience across marketing and product management functions ideal We offer Flexible hybrid working arrangements Enjoy a paid day off on your birthday each year Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Supporting wellbeing Datamars Reward & Recognition Program A supportive and inclusive workplace Remuneration package includes a solid base salary + incentive +12% superannuation, fully maintained company vehicle, tools of trade.
