Job Description Were now looking for an experienced Digital Activation Director to lead our Melbourne digital activation team and play a key role in shaping bestinclass digital delivery across the business. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on building highperforming teams, pushing innovation (including AIled solutions), and delivering outstanding outcomes for clients. What youll be doing Lead and elevate digital activation Own the quality, performance and output of Spark Foundrys digital activation product in Melbourne (excluding TMCA) Lead, coach and inspire a team of 7 digital specialists , supporting their growth from Coordinator through to Associate Director Set bestpractice standards across implementation, workflow and quality control Deliver results for leading brands Partner with planning, PMX and client teams to deliver holistic, performancedriven digital strategies Ensure client investment delivers against business objectives, KPIs and benchmarks Build trusted relationships with senior clients, acting as a strategic digital advisor Drive thought leadership, firsttomarket initiatives and innovative solutions across channels Champion AI and futureready ways of working Support Spark Foundrys AI vision , enhancing workflows through automation and AIenabled tools Act as a key client consultant on how AI is reshaping the digital media landscape Work closely with the Head of AI Enablement to operationalise and scale AI workflows nationally Grow the business Lead and contribute to new business pitches and client growth opportunities Develop playbooks, firstparty tools, training and market POVs (internal and external) Identify opportunities to leverage broader Publicis Groupe capabilities (DEX, Tech, Analytics, SEO, CRO and more) Lead with clarity and care Be a point of escalation and support for your team and stakeholders Manage financials across your client portfolio, including forecasting and invoicing accuracy Foster a positive, inclusive and solutionoriented culture Share knowledge, insights and innovations across the agency and industry What youll bring Strong experience leading digital activation or performance teams within a media agency Deep, handson knowledge of digital channels and holistic digital media planning Solid understanding of the Australian media landscape Proven ability to lead, coach and develop senior talent Experience presenting to senior clients and contributing to new business Commercial confidence, with experience managing forecasts, revenue and resourcing A curious mindset and passion for innovation, AI and continuous learning Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and problemsolving skills Confidence working across multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment Tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential) Additional Information Publicis Groupe benefits: Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world''s most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
