You''ll also oversee workers compensation claims, return-to-work coordination, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with legislation.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end payroll process for a diverse employee basePrepare and lodge superannuation, PAYG, and payroll taxHandle workers compensation claims and liaise with insurersSupport return-to-work processes and maintain compliance documentationProvide timely, professional support to employees and stakeholdersAssist with audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiativesAbout You:Proven experience in end-to-end payroll (ideally midlarge workforce)Sound understanding of workers compensation processes and legislationStrong attention to detail with excellent organisational skillsA proactive, approachable team player who enjoys accountabilityIn return you''ll get:$110k + SuperWollongong based however, only required to be in office 1 x a week and very flexibleWonderful Manager and team!This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and supportive organisation that values expertise and trust.
