In this role as Senior Project Manager, you will ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standard, within scope, on budget, and on time. You''ll take ownership of project delivery from the moment it''s handed over from our Sales team, and play a pivotal role in engaging with stakeholders, managing deliverables, and ensuring successful project outcomes.Our offices are based in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!Please note that due to customer requirements, this role requires Australian Citizenship and eligibility to undertake a Federal Government Security ClearanceResponsibilitiesOverseeing end-to-end project delivery including planning, tracking, and managing variationsProducing high-quality documentation and technical writing with an eye for detail and accuracyAssisting in the scoping and planning of business analysis activities to ensure clear understanding of project requirementsSupporting the team with a range of diverse Business Analysis activities to capture business needs and manage stakeholders effectivelyEstablishing and maintaining strong relationships with both technical teams and business stakeholdersAssisting the Sales and Presales teams with responses to RFQs, RFPs, RFIs and managing project variationsWe are a pretty agile company and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders'' changing requirements which can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.What You''ll BringRequired experience:Strong client focus with proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationshipsExceptional planning and organisational skills with sharp attention to detailDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-pressure environmentProven record of delivering projects on time, within budget, scope, and quality requirementsExperience supporting Sales and Presales teams with bid responses and project variationsNice to have:Experience working in a variety of industries or project environmentsRelevant project management qualifications or certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)Strong business analysis experience alongside project management deliveryWhy join usDatacom is one of Australia and New Zealand''s largest suppliers of Information Technology professional services.
