What began as a land-based abalone farming business has grownorganically and through acquisitions into Australia''s leading diversified aquaculture business, with farming operations throughout South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania across Abalone, Oysters, Mussels and Kingfish.Yumbah''s success is built on three values that guide everything they do:Teamwork We achieve more together.Daring We embrace innovation and growth.Integrity We respect each other, our product, and our environment.Over the past 2 years the business has doubled in size, leading to a new People & Culture strategy and structure to support the expanded business and future growth plans.Job DescriptionWe''re searching for aPeople & Culture Operations Lead, you''ll be responsible for implementing state of the art people systems and processes that are easy to use and efficient for staff and managers, including AI driven self-service and policy guidance tools.You will be experienced in implementing and optimising the workflows within modern HRIS platforms, optimising people processes, delivering on remuneration reviews and managing the annual people cycle and calendar.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful applicant will be responsible for:Managing the end-to-end implementation of Employment Hero across the business, bringing three separate systems across the business into one national platformHarmonise policies and procedures across 3 acquired entities into one consistent standardBuild an insightful people & culture reporting dashboard and analytics to enable business decision making and inform P&C strategyManage remuneration and incentive system reviews across the businessDevelop an AI driven P&C self service platform for staff and managers providing policy and people practices adviceProject manage the annual people & culture calendar, coordinating with P&C business partners nationallyEnsure people and culture practices are pragmatic, easy to work with and provide a great manager and employee experienceManage internal employee communicationsSkills, Experience & AttributesWe''re looking for a people-focused HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
