The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests, analyzing system behavior under load, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance across the technology stack.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for applications and systems.Monitor and analyze system performance metrics using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, New Relic, or similar.Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve issues.Develop performance test strategies and plans aligned with business and technical requirements. Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure optimal configuration and deployment practices.Provide recommendations for performance improvements and capacity planning.Document test results, performance issues, and resolutions.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in performance engineering.QualificationsBachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in performance testing and engineering.Strong understanding of system architecture, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).Experience with monitoring and profiling tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.Certifications in performance testing or cloud technologies.How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their CVs at "[email protected]" #J-18808-Ljbffr
