About the RoleStep into a leadership role that makes an impact! We''re on the hunt for an experienced and motivated Area Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites. In this fast-paced role, you''ll lead frontline teams, build strong client relationships, and ensure top-tier service delivery every day. You''ll bring your operations or customer service experienceideally in cleaning or facilities managementalong with excellent people skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. With a strong grasp of WHS compliance and quality standards, plus the flexibility to travel between sites, you''ll play a key role in driving performance and client satisfaction across your area.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication, feedback, and relationship development.Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring service quality and contract complianceLead and manage cleaning teams, including rostering, training, and performance monitoringConduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to WHS, safety, and quality standardsManage resources, including supply orders, service schedules, and coordination of additional cleaning servicesMaintain accurate operational records, including site audits, incidents, and client feedback reportsWhat You Bring:Demonstrated experience in customer service or operations management, ideally within the cleaning or facilities management sectorProven leadership capabilities with strong people management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skillsTrack record of building and maintaining positive client relationships and effectively resolving issuesProactive and solutions-oriented approach to challengesHighly organised with strong attention to detailSound understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and quality compliance standardsA valid driver''s license with the flexibility to travel between sites as neededWe''re proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer that celebrates diversity in all its forms.
