This includes managing smart homes, duplexes,renovations, and outdoor structures. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive operationalefficiency, and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end planning of residential construction projectsincluding smarthomes, duplexes, and renovationsby setting clear objectives, timelines, budgets, andresource allocation strategies to meet client expectations and company standards.Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans, including 3D models andinterior design proposals, to determine the most effective and compliant constructionmethodologies tailored to each project''s scope and complexity.Prepare competitive tender submissions and contract proposals, ensuring accurate costestimates and timelines. Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to aligndeliverables with budgetary and contractual requirements.Manage the allocation and utilisation of labour, subcontractors, plant, materials, andequipment across multiple concurrent residential and outdoor construction sites,ensuring optimal workflow and productivity.Liaise regularly with clients, architects, certifiers, engineers, contract administrators, andother key personnel to maintain alignment across all project phases and to promptlyaddress design or site-related issues.Ensure all construction activities adhere to Australian building codes, safety regulations,and environmental standards. Enforce site safety protocols and monitor performance touphold quality benchmarks and risk mitigation practices.Supervise and support on-site teams, including subcontractors and trade professionals,by providing clear direction, resolving conflicts, and promoting a collaborative workenvironment that prioritises timely project delivery.Track project milestones, financial progress, and operational metrics to ensure timelydelivery and budget control. Manage variations and changes in project scope, ensuringminimal disruption through effective communication and re-planning.Establish detailed project delivery plans that support broader business goals, includingcustomer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and innovation in design and constructionpractices.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor''s degree or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a relatedfield.
