Were seeking an experienced and passionate Remote Area Nurse Mens Health to join the Mens Health Program and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. This role can be on a Fly in and out Model and supports the delivery of culturally appropriate mens health services in Galiwin''ku Health Centre. Successful applicants will have access to a range of benefits, including: Competitive salary of $128, 151 - $137,674 per annum + 12% superannuation Up to $10,400 Relocation Assistance Ability to Salary Package up to $15,900pa plus a further $2,650pa on Meals and Entertainment 6 weeks of annual leave with 17.5% leave loading Annual Travel Assistance: Miwatj Annual Leave Travel Assistance of up to $2,179.89 gross per annum. Successful candidates may be eligible for the NT Thrive Relocation Grant financial support of up to $10,000 to assist with moving, housing, wellbeing, cultural training, short courses and professional upskilling when relocating to the Northern Territory. Established in 1992, were committed to securing quality health care services across the East Arnhem and enabling Yolu powered community health and wellbeing. Miwatj provides culturally appropriate, comprehensive primary health care to over 6,000 remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents across 3 East Arnhem wards. With a Head Office in Nhulunbuy, Miwatj also manages a Corporate Office in Darwin, 7 fixed clinics across the East Arnhem region, and dedicated outreach teams who travel to 3 additional locations. We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates a strong understanding of and commitment to Aboriginal Community Control and self-determination, with an awareness of the challenges faced by Yolu people living in remote communities. Candidates must have a current Registration and Practicing Certificate as a Registered Nurse through AHPRA and Minimum of 5 years broad nursing experience post registration and 3 years working as a remote area nurse with experience working in Mens Health program.
