You will manage the day-to-day customer service interactions with Latrobe Citys library patrons and visitors, including accurately processing payments and providing information to customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to undertake a range of activities including: - Advising on digital resources. - Presenting story time and other programs. - Recommending great reading. - Preparing engaging displays. - Accurately processing payments. **About You** For this position we are seeking enthusiastic individuals with great communication skills and a passion for providing high-level customer service.
