We have a part time (working 20 hours per week) opportunity, contracted for 7 months, for a motivated Office Services Associate. You will be working in a small friendly team providing professional, efficient, and effective admin, guest experience services, reception, security and records management services at one of our client''s sites. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, loves a bit of variety in their day, and wants parttime work within a closeknit team. What youll enjoy in this role If you like being the friendly face of the office, making a great coffee, and keeping things organised, this role offers a mix of guest experience, admin, and handson tasks that keep each day interesting. Youll be involved in: Welcoming guests, supporting reception, and helping create a warm, professional first impression Making coffees, setting up meeting rooms, and assisting with light food and beverage service Managing access cards and supporting basic onsite security processes Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail Coordinating courier deliveries and pickups Handling internal mail and document flow Keeping breakout spaces, meeting rooms, and shared areas tidy and wellpresented Maintaining utility spaces and supporting the MFD/printer fleet Actioning tasks through the ServiceNow workflow system What makes you a great fit This role suits someone who enjoys people, variety, and being part of a small team where everyone supports each other.
