TLDR: Looking for TWO amazing associate dentists to join our team in Bendigo! Very busy appointment books guaranteed clinicians typically see 815 patients per day, with 150200 new patients per month across our clinics. Great working hours typically 9:00am5:40pm, working 4 to 4.5 days per week. Expected to also do one Saturday morning every 5 weeks. Excellent earning potential sliding scale remuneration up to 42%. Our clinicians have historically billed $45k$120k per month ($540k$1.4M annually, equating to ~$200k-$550k+ taken home earnings, usually dependent on experience). Mentorship available at any level whether you are a new graduate or an experienced clinician. Located in Bendigo, only 1.5 hours from Melbourne CBD a fantastic place to live with great schools, restaurants, cafs and a relaxed lifestyle while still being close to Melbourne. About the Position Our group of clinics in Bendigo is currently looking for TWO full time associate dentist to join our team one ASAP (within the next 5 weeks), and one in about 3-6 months time. We currently have a team of 10 dentists, but have one associate relocated interstate soon, and another 2 going on maternity leave. Our clinics are modern, very busy, and well established, providing a wide scope of dentistry including: General restorative dentistry Fixed and removable prosthodontics Orthodontics (aligners and braces) Rotary endodontics Implant dentistry Oral surgery Cosmetic dentistry and full smile rehabilitations Suitable for Dentists of All Experience Levels We welcome applications from new graduates, recent graduates, and experienced dentists. 1. New Graduates A fantastic environment to begin your career. You will work alongside 8 clinicians with varying levels of experience, so there is always someone available to help or discuss cases. Senior dentists are accessible during and after hours for treatment planning and mentoring. Typical take home annual income of our previous new graduates: $170k $300k combination of fixed salary and commission. 2. Recent Graduates A great place to continue building your clinical skills and confidence. You will gain experience in areas such as: Orthodontics (braces and aligners) Cosmetic dentistry (veneers, crowns, smile rehabilitations) High efficiency general dentistry Developing your own niche such as endodontics, orthodontics, restorative dentistry, or implants Typical take home annual income of our recent graduates: $300k $400k 3. Experienced Dentists Our clinics have a large and diverse patient base, allowing experienced dentists to perform a wide range of treatments including: Orthodontics, Implant dentistry, Partial/Full mouth rehabilitations, Cosmetic dentistry, High volume endodontics Typical take home annual income of our experienced dentists: $400k+ Modern Clinics and Technology Across our group of clinics we have invested heavily in technology to support efficient and high quality dentistry. Equipment includes: High quality materials, and access to any alternative materials you wish to use, as long as it is justifiable Our Cosmetic Clinic alone completes over 300 aligner cases per year, along with multiple veneer and full rehabilitation cases each week. New Clinic Opening We also have a brand new clinic opening in the next few months, which we expect to be busy from the start. This provides a great opportunity to build your own patient base, with expected appointment books of 812 patients per day. The strong billings achieved by our clinicians are simply the result of: Special Interest Development We strongly encourage clinicians to develop special interests in areas they enjoy, such as orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, implants, endodontics, or complex restorative dentistry. Our patient base provides strong opportunities to build experience in these areas.
