About the Role Were looking for a Group Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and engineering functions across our Loxton and Lindsay Point facilities. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will directly influence plant performance, crop recovery, and operational efficiency. Youll be the driving force behind: Maximising plant uptime and performance Leading timely and effective breakdown repairs Designing and executing preventative maintenance programs Ensuring compliance with foodgrade manufacturing standards Managing engineering teams and contractors Identifying and implementing plant improvements Delivering transparent reporting on maintenance, projects, and spare parts Championing waste reduction and continuous improvement Who You Are Youre a handson, solutionsfocused leader with: Proven maintenance and engineering experience in a processing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and WHS knowledge Skills in preventative maintenance planning and project management A commitment to continuous improvement and team development Solid communication, problemsolving, and budgeting capabilities A collaborative mindset and a cando attitude Why Join Us?
