Position Overview We are currently recruiting for a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to provide administrative support in our corporate office in West Perth. This is an excellent career opening to join a growing ASXlisted gold company at an exciting stage of development. Reporting to the Company Secretary, this position provides administrative and operational support across the business, including office coordination and support to the leadership team and broader business. The role works closely with the Company Secretary who maintains oversight of corporate administration. This position is the first point of contact for the corporate office and is responsible for maintaining professional standards across office administration, facilities coordination, document management and general business support. The main responsibilities include: Reception, office administration and coordination. Supporting the leadership team. Events, roadshows and materials. Documentation and records. Travel, site visits and logistics. Supplier relationships. HR administration and onboarding. Other duties as required. The role offers opportunities to grow in scope and responsibility over time, with increasing involvement in executive support, corporate administration, and broader business operations. To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in an office administration role (mining or ASXlisted company experience highly regarded). Experience supporting senior executives is preferred. Intermediate skills with Word, PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Excel. Accurate and fast typing skills 70+ wpm. Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to build positive working relationships with leaders, advisers and key stakeholders. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Pays attention to detail. Flexible, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team. Clear and professional communications skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. A proactive, solutionsfocused mindset. Location and Flexibility This position will be based at our head office in West Perth. There will be some flexibility with office hours and we are open to considering 0.8 or fulltime.
